FELT FEELS WHEEL
This is an adaptation of traditional feeling wheels. Instead of naming emotions it offers sensory language.
Our bodies "speak" a sensory language. Named emotions are an interpretation, summarizing what is felt and/or thought.
Being able to notice/feel/hear what is actively felt allows for more presence, more understanding (known-ness),
and more access to intentional and informed choice.
This is a tool with which to practice being with/in your body, deepening your relationship with yourself and others.
I made this as a scaffolding tool for embodiment practices. There are a million ways to play around with this thing.
